On the positive side, when my package went missing during delivery, I was promptly refunded without any hassle. However, the necklace itself leaves much to be desired. Firstly, the quality is severely lacking, it feels like pure plastic, and not even the sturdy kind. The craftsmanship is subpar; the drawing on the necklace is noticeably off-center, and the edges are sloppily finished. I had to resort to using sandpaper to smooth out the rough edges. Furthermore, the cord provided with the necklace is excessively long and made of plastic, which cheapens the overall look and feel. In conclusion, while the seller's customer service was good at handling the lost package issue, the quality of the necklace itself is far from satisfactory.
