Walking a labyrinth has for centuries been a meditative practice. For some, it can be a profound mystical experience.
With this finger labyrinth, you can experience a similar meditative state at home.
You may want to set an intention before beginning. Start at the bottom, then slowly move your finger along the path, around and to the centre, and then back out.
Soft and flexible material, can easily be rolled up.
